Information collected

When you send a website enquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, business website or Facebook page, current online presence and the information you include in your message. Basic technical information may also be processed by the website hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

Why the information is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand what your business needs, prepare or discuss a website proposal, provide requested services and keep appropriate business records. It is not used to add you to a marketing list unless you separately agree to that.

Service providers

This website is hosted through Netlify, which also processes form submissions on behalf of Varley Labs. Email and other essential technology providers may process information only where needed to deliver their services. Personal information is not sold.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legitimate record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely removed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Contact Varley Labs using the email address above to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

The launch version of this website does not intentionally set advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
